 Here at Karen’s K9 Obedience dogs get to enjoy a safe, healthy and fun atmosphere with lots of interaction, both with other dogs and with people. Dogs can participate in play groups, gnaw on a favorite toy, play ball, hang out with humans, or just lounge around. We plan each day to insure that we deliver the utmost in group socialization which not only delivers a fun environment for your pet, but also provides the greatest benefit to each dog in our care.

There are numerous benefits not only for your dog but for you as well, when you bring your dog to us. Social skills will increase and your dog will learn how to play and interact with other dogs in a safe, fun, and meaningful way. Boredom behaviors caused by lack of activity, and inadequate mental and physical stimulation are virtually eliminated. Additionally, at the end of the day you will have a pup that is happy, relaxed and tired from playing all day. No more coming home from work tired, wanting nothing more than to just sit down and relax, yet you can't because your dog is full of energy and rearing to go from sitting around sleeping all day. 

Dogs will spend the day being part of a healthy happy dog pack. This will provide them with a social outlet, so while you spend the day doing human stuff your dog is having a great time doing dog stuff. Our business gives pet owners’ peace of mind knowing that their pup is getting the exercise and socialization that it needs and desires; all in a safe, secure and monitored environment. After all, a tired dog is a happy dog.

Owners, Karen and Fuzzy Crawford have over 25 years’ experience working with dogs along the MS Gulf Coast. In the early part of their careers, in the late 80’s; they traveled the 5 state area, competing, placing in the obedience ring and earning titles, as well as titling “BJ” their champion in the conformation ring. In 1994 they taught obedience classes in Moss Point, MS at a local community center. Then in 1996 the husband and wife duo opened the doors to their new business in Pascagoula, MS offering, doggie daycare, boarding and obedience training. Along with running their business 24/7 the couple also finds time to volunteer with local rescue dogs. Karen holds the title as Vice President of Forever Home 4 Dogs Rescue, a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue located in Pascagoula, MS. Both Karen and Fuzzy work with dogs that come into the rescue who have behavior or socialization issues and rehabilitate the dogs so they can be adopted into loving homes.
